Which protein or snack bars are healthy and which aren’t?

Anthony & I are always on the look out for great snack and protein bars we can recommend to clients who are on the go – especially clients who are working on reversing symptoms from autoimmune conditions and following an AIP (Auto-Immune Protocol) Diet.

So, we took some time out from our usual Sunday grocery shopping and recorded a quick (6.5 mins) learning session on which bars we like and which bars to totally avoid! (And there are a bunch of well known brands on the “stay away from” list!

Since there are so many different things to keep in mind when choosing bars, we decided to focus on bar options that will work best when you are working to reverse symptoms such as mid-section weight gain, fatigue, foggy brain, pain, and anxiety typically caused by autoimmune conditions like Celiac Disease, Colitis, Crohn’s, PCOS, RA….
