Kirstin will be your Head Retreat Leader and Soul Coach during the Somatic Release Immersion Retreat.

As a Shamanic Guide, Medicine Woman and Soul Integration Specialist, my mission in life is to empower others as they remember their true soul essence and activate their innate self-healing abilities. My background and training is in Yoga, Ayurveda, Shamanism, Massage Therapy, Sound Therapy, Energy Healing, Reiki, Mindfulness Meditation, Ancestral Lineage Repair Work, Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Alchemical Life Coaching. I believe we all have the answers we seek within ourselves, so my goal is to help you connect to your own inner wisdom, truth, and guidance.
