Autoimmune Freedom ShowNourish TV (Videos)

We recently went live to interview a special guest to talk about her journey to healing and the sustainability of her long-term success!

Linda Cruikshank is a past Nourish client who suffered from a myriad of issues when she met Kirstin and Anthony, including type 2 diabetes, thyroid issues, constant pain, autoimmune conditions, and limited mobility.

After working with Kirstin and Anthony, Linda found herself feeling 90% healed, she had come off all of her steroids, and no longer needed more than a dozen previous other medications she used to take.

And now, three years later, she’s thriving like never before!

Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist Anthony DiNobile explains how to make an herbal coffee replacement so you get the flavor for your morning ritual, without taxing your adrenals or increasing acidity….

Anthony & I are always on the look out for great snack and protein bars we can recommend to clients who are on the go – especially clients who are working on reversing symptoms from autoimmune conditions and following an AIP (Auto-Immune Protocol) Diet.

So, we took some time out from our usual Sunday grocery shopping and recorded a quick (6.5 mins) learning session on which bars we like and which bars to totally avoid! (And there are a bunch of well known brands on the “stay away from” list!

Since there are so many different things to keep in mind when choosing bars, we decided to focus on bar options that will work best when you are working to reverse symptoms such as mid-section weight gain, fatigue, foggy brain, pain, and anxiety typically caused by autoimmune conditions like Celiac Disease, Colitis, Crohn’s, PCOS, RA….

So join us in the video below at the Natural Grocers (our favorite grocery store) that recently opened in Gilbert, AZ….
